My name is Mrs. Kirk and I am so excited to be here at OBMS and LIS with you!
Education: Bachelor of Arts, Elementary Education, University of Mississippi. I am currently working on completing my master's degree from Arkansas State University!
Certifications: Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, Special Education, Secondary English, and Secondary History.
Experience:I started teaching English to non-native speakers in Zamorano, Honduras, where I lived for 2 years! This is my 6th year as an English Learner teacher.
Personal Info: I am married to my husband, Andy, and we have one son. We also have a rescue dog, Winnie! I love traveling, painting, hiking, studying Spanish, and baking! I am originally from MS and graduated from Southaven High School.
